Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 business day of receiving your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the size and type of your order. As a general guide:
- Melbourne metropolitan areas: 1–2 business days
- Regional Victoria and other Australian capital cities: up to 5 business days
- Regional, rural and remote areas: up to 10 business days
These timeframes are a guide only and may vary due to carrier schedules, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order contains products that are temporarily out of stock, made to order or require additional preparation, we will advise you of the expected timeframe.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the size, weight and nature of your order, as well as the delivery location.
For most standard orders, delivery charges will be displayed or advised at the time of ordering. Additional freight charges may apply to:
- Large, heavy or bulky items
- Made-to-order products
- New centre fit-outs or larger project orders
- Regional, rural or remote delivery locations
- Orders requiring specialised or multiple deliveries
Where additional freight charges apply, we will contact you with the delivery cost for approval before your order is dispatched.
If you choose not to proceed with the additional delivery charge, you may cancel the affected order before dispatch.
