Masterkidz Eggs Emotions Board

The Mr Eggs Emotions Learning Board has been designed to help all children develop better emotional awareness and social skills but it will also be particularly relevant to children with special needs or ADHD who may be less able to recognise feelings in themselves and others. To use, children can combine any top or bottom half of an egg-face to create a facial expression. Children can then think about the emotion being shown, discuss and even express this feeling by copying the facial expression themselves. Through playing and conversations with their peers and adult supervisors, the process will teach them to be more in tune with their own emotions and to be more empathetic about other children’s feelings too.
